Russian President Vladimir Putin accused the Ukrainian government of aggravation of the military conflict in the east of Ukraine. At a press conference in Budapest on February 2, Putin said Kiev uses escalation of the conflict, as a ploy to enlist the support of the new US president Donald Trump.
