To ideally wash up it before cleaning not to wash later. So potato will easier mix up with marinade and it will turn out more crackling.Cut potato lengthways, 1-2 thick, as shown in video.Mix well with marinade and lay out in a form.Send to an oven for one hour at 200 degrees.If you want more softly, cover with a foil or a cover and open in 10-20 minutes prior to the end of cooking.Bon appetit)
