After a triumphant return from their largest tour yet, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis brings fresh eyes and ears to this masterwork. The sensational conductor Damien Sneed leads Chorale Le Chateau, his 70-person gospel choir, through the demanding compendium of shouts, chants, and joyous expressions required by this composition. Spirited sermonizing from the Reverend Dr. Calvin O. Butts, III, adds further charisma to the presentation. For more videos, subscribe today to the Jazz at Lincoln Center channel: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCP108...To learn more about Jazz at Lincoln Center, visit us at http://www.jalc.orgDownload the Playbill and Libretto here: http://jalc.org/images/images_pdfs_jl...КатегорияМузыкаЛицензияСтандартная лицензия YouTube. из коллекции Ольги Коваленко.
