Swing Expo 2015 @ Teatro Dal VermeAfter the great success of the previous events, the city of Milan hosted another show dedicated to the swing music. Connecting with the spirit of the 2015 Expo that took place in the Italian city the same year, the event showed how traditional music from all over the world influenced jazz and swing music, as well as jazz and swing music influenced folk dances and songs, in a journey through different countries.The Big Band was directed by clarinettist Paolo Tomelleri and the show hosted a great number of international musicians and dancers.“St. Louis Blues” was written in 1917 by the American musician W. C.
