Полная версияAntonio Mora with "Summertime" by Al Grey
BiographyA Creative Art Director since 1995, Antonio Mora gradually gravitated towards the more artistic realm of his profession ultimately leading him to a career as an artist. His portraits, both personal and evocative, are meant to trigger in the spectator intense feelings. As in the words of George Braque, Antonio’s work is inspired by the notion that “art is made to disturb the conscience.” Over the past year, Antonio has been developing an extensive collection of these portraits in which dream worlds are superimposed with the real, creating hybrid beings of great beauty and expressive force.Antonio has mastered the technique of digital collage, using various tools such as filters, hues, saturations and gradients of opacity resulting in unified textures and a merger between the two original photographs. His inspiration derives from the images themselves; he dives into the imagination to bring to life an image that speaks of the moment between sleep and awakeness, consciousness and a deeper world. The final execution of producing the work on wood provides a textured feel to the image and provides a sense of permanence and tangibility to his dream world photographs.
