Blair believes that God has given him a divine mandate to warn His people of the coming judgment and to give encouragement for living in the last days. Unfortunately we live in a world that has been blinded by the god of this age. They are unable to see the hand of God pouring out His wrath upon an evil world. They are unable to discern the power structures designed to influence and lead the world into a depth of immorality and rebellion against God. Moreover, Satan has convinced the world through his false prophets that they will escape the coming judgment through an unbiblical secret rapture, which has left the church woefully unprepared to face the days in which we live. As the world slips deeper into the Great Tribulation God has raised up His own prophets not to alarm, but to open their eyes to the coming judgment, to encourage and give direction for living in the last days.
