It is the gentle sweetness of both the choreography and music that draws me right in every time!The performance comes from one a number of Russian documentaries on ballet from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s that I have and from which I'll be drawing on over the coming weeks for uploads of interesting performances from these decades.The film here is of Ninel Kurgapkina and Nickolai Kovmir performing a pas de deux from 'Harlequinade' in 1974.
