Dear interested Viewers!In the meantime, I have built with better equipment two new interferometers. The measured value is now smaller, roughly between 1.5 and 2.0 fringe shifts, but I could not get him to zero. You see, 11.5 shifts is no value chiselled in stone. The zero points are at all three interferometers at the same position, beamsplitter horizontal to the earth's surface. The daytime shifts about 0.5 fringes shifts have remained.
