And to enhance the experience, my fourth and fifth grade music students (those currently attending in-person instruction) provided illustrations throughout the past week to be presented alongside this exquisite choral performance of the song/story, "The Queen And The Soldier," by the brilliant Suzanne Vega! Her verse-laden ballad has long been a favorite of mine, and the PS22 Chorus of 2017, soloist Heather, and our current crop of PS22 student artists bring it to life in a uniquely powerful fashion, AND with a healthy dose of uniquely powerful PS22 passion!
